We have a good experience and reputation in handling placements. Our vision is to create a fair society where everyone, no matter where they come from, has the same opportunities. Our aim is to give young people all over the country the opportunity of employment.

The youth of our country are the backbone of our nation. To strengthen the youth of India, we wish to combat unemployment by creating jobs. We believe that the stronger the youth, the stronger the Nation.

We have had 5+ lakh registrations with 1,68,000+ jobs rolled out in our 15 mega job fairs in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry & Uttarakhand. Many more are currently planned across cities in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra.

As an outcome of the job fair, many job seekers get employed by the industry. However, there are still residual job seekers who need further upskilling in various aspects such as technology, domain knowledge, soft skills, communication and presentation. It is HR Co’s endeavour to continue to focus on such individuals and continue to engage them by reskilling and upskilling them, focusing on their gaps.
